Shipping
At this time, products can be shipped within Canada.
Shipping options may include:

Untracked postage for select smaller items at $5

Local pickup may be available in 100 Mile House
Shipping availability and rates may vary depending on the product, size of the order, and delivery method selected.
Multiple items can often be bundled into one shipment when possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and prepared within a few business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Tracking
If you choose a tracked shipping option, tracking details will be provided once your order has been sent.
Untracked shipping is available for some items, but please note that Ask Cecilia is not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues associated with untracked mail once the package has been shipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in 100 Mile House for select orders. If this option applies to your purchase, pickup details will be arranged after checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
If there is a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order details and a photo if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please get in touch as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
