Because Blue Lotus Loose Leaf Tea is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once it has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, and
You contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If a return is approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Non returnable items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened tea or partially used products
Items with broken seals or missing packaging
Any product that cannot be resold safely
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was ours (wrong item or damaged in transit).
Return shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item was incorrect or arrived damaged, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it. Once it has shipped, it must follow the return rules above.
