Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable. Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Private Events, Group Bookings & Travel

Private events, group readings, workshops, and travel-based bookings require a booking retainer to secure the date.

The booking retainer will be quoted based on the type of event, estimated number of guests, travel distance, preparation required, and the amount of time being reserved.

Travel fees vary by location and may include driving time, mileage, ferry costs, accommodations, meals, or other travel-related expenses when applicable. Travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.

Because private events and travel bookings require Cecilia to reserve specific dates and turn down other opportunities, booking retainers are non-refundable if the client cancels.

If a client cancels 14 or more days before the event, any payments made beyond the booking retainer may be refunded.

If a client cancels within 7 to 13 days of the event, 50% of the full booking total may be retained.

If a client cancels less than 7 days before the event, the full booking total may be retained.

Travel fees may be non-refundable once travel arrangements, accommodations, ferry bookings, or other travel-related costs have been confirmed or paid.

If Cecilia is able to rebook the date, a partial refund or credit may be offered at her discretion.

If Cecilia must cancel and a mutually agreed reschedule is not possible, all payments made will be refunded in full.
